To be eligible for a refund, project deliverables must not meet mutually agreed-upon specifications as outlined in the project contract.
Refund requests should be communicated to our project manager. Refunds will be processed within 30 business days, adhering to Indonesian business regulations.
Refunds do not apply to services completed as per the project agreement.
